This policy explains how OrangeVoice collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information. We process information only as needed to provide the service.
1. Information we collect
For login, we collect your phone number or email, verification results, and account information. When you create content, we may process voices, lyrics, music, images, videos, and task records that you choose to upload or create.
2. How we use information
We use information for authentication, account management, content generation, task synchronization, support, risk control, and security. We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes.
3. Service providers
To provide messaging, email, storage, content generation, and security verification, we may share the minimum information necessary with service providers and require them to handle it under applicable law and contract.
4. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the stated purposes and use access controls and authentication to reduce unauthorized access and disclosure. Records required by law are retained as required.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or account cancellation through the web or in-app feedback channel. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out based on consent.
6. Minors and updates
Minors should use the service under a guardian's guidance. We will date policy updates and provide renewed notice and consent where material changes to purposes, methods, or information categories require it.
